No idea of customer service. If want to buy something, the staff are right there. Cannot pay your bill as there is some old dog eared paper sign that has obviously been displayed for months saying "Our systems are down". Take this as your cue people.Everything about this store is rude, unhelpful and border line fraud.
Telstra is a rip off. Literally any other service provider is better. Always expensive, poor customer service and overly priced scams marketed as "deals".
Helpful staff but like most retail businesses these days running lean means longer waiting when as little as 3 people are in the store.....get more staff
