Great staff and managers at both Nambour and Maroochydore stores, they're all gamers, they know their games, and their very helpful both in person and over the phone. Don't forget to price match your purchases though, they often charge $20-$30 per game more then Big W or JB Hi-Fi.
One person in the store other than myself and I am standing at the counter with my purchase in my hands there are two people behind the counter the girl walks out the back and then the guy goes over to the other customer to see if he wants a hand to find a disc and turns to me and says wont be a minute this is the worst service I have ever seen I will never shop there again arrogant and no customer service Im surprised at how they keep there doors open with staff like that I wouldnt even give them 1 star if I could
This store disappointingly has the worst manager I have ever encounted in an EB games shop by the name Chris Johnson, the man with ginger hair. The other staff in the store are very nice and probably the best. I have been to many other EB games around the area, all have great managers.
