Unsatisfactory there were children running around the workshop.A child playing under a car on the hoist,whilst mechanic was consuming alcohol in the workshop working. Though Adam seemed genuine and kind and very helpful. Melissa I found to be very rude offensive, unprofessional and arragant wasn't impressed

An extremely happy customer. I have been using Adam and his team to take care of my car for a few years now since moving to Nambour. They are friendly, reliable and the price is extremely competitive. They talk you through what needs to be done on your car keep you updated every step of the way. Prior to Christmas, my car needed a number of seals replaced. Many mechanics may have been tempted to order what was needed through the dealership at a premium price which is then passed on to the car owner. Instead, Adam proposed dealing with a seal maker in Brisbane and got the seal custom-made for an absolute fraction of the cost. It was money saved at a time of the year I needed it most. I have total faith in Adam and his team and feel comfortable having them as my mechanic - great service, communication and price.
My vehicle broke down on the highway near Nambour and this is where RACQ took me. It seemed sketchy at first, however after meeting with the owner Adam and some of the staff I felt at ease.The vehicle had blown an injector line and required parts to be ordered in. They looked like they were extremely busy before I got dropped off there. I still ended up waiting a long time but for an unscheduled customer been able to get the repair done that day saved a lot of headaches.
I found Quik Speed on an internet search and they have performed several maintenance items on our car. All have been costly repairs. However, Adam went out of his way to get our vehicle in as quickly as possible and worked with us on keeping the costs manageable. I do not think I could have gotten better work for what we paid at any other mechanic. Very friendly customer service. I would recommend this auto mechanic to anyone I know.
