I found the staff to be very friendly and helpful.
Always gave us false information , didnt let us know that our warranty has been stopped because we got our car serviced out side not from them, and been paying same amount as we were paying with warranty, after a year we got little battery problem when we called them they said that our car is not under warranty any more and its been stopped last year, took 3 months last time to fix my car , it was noise coming out from engine, and i got same problem again and this time its already been 2 months that my car is still in there service center , not fixed. Thats the only car we got. I am very disapponted , it feels like we are stuck.
Changed the Airbag recall swiftly
Paid a lot of money for my Nissan, paid extra for extended warranty, the car has been fantastic but a little thing like the fan switch which should be covered by extended warranty, they refused or didnt know if a switch was covered, wanted me to book it in and pay for it BEFORE they would consider reimbursing me, this is poor customer service and not what I have experienced from Nissan over the years. Rang up a dealership in Brisbane.. no worries bring it in a long drive to Brisbane for a switch but now I will not buy any other Nissan.
Terrible customer service from start to finish, forget about calling up early to see if your vehicle is ready to be picked up thats too much of an ask. I dont normally post negative reviews but this experience was terrible. I will be taking my cars and buying my next car from any other dealership than Cricks. They should be called crooks!
