People with great helpful attitude
Pathetic service, I had previously booked the service and asked for a service 2000 klm before it was due as I was travelling interstate the next day, I also requested a 4 wheel rotation and balance. When I collected the vehicle the service area commenced telling me the vehicle had a problem with one of the tyres being worn on the outer edge, I told them thats why I had asked them to do a rotation and balancing as the previous service told me it was an extra to the free service. I was then informed it had not been done as it needed a NEW Tyre. I dont believe it warranted that action but the person informed me he was an approved roadworthy examiner. I then asked why this still wold prevent the wheels be rotated as there are 4 wheels, 3 would have still need rotating but was informed the vehicle was un-roadworthy, if this is so why did they let me drive the vehicle from their yard in a supposedly dangerous and illegal state and why didn't they have the sense to telephone me prior to collection to ask me to have another Tyre fitted There is an spare on the vehicle that would have been good.POOR EFFORT
Excellent service. We were travelling in a motorhome and they scheduled us first so we had our home back quickly. There was another warranty fault that they helped identify and did their best to arrange prompt spare parts to fit in with our travel timetable. So helpful.
If you are planning on having an airbag recall done at Cricks Nambour I highly recommend you photograph your dashboard first. The dashboard on my Subaru Outback was damaged during the work in several places - Cricks service manager claims the damage was already there and accepts no responsibility what so ever. This is the first and only time I will be using Cricks Nambour. I am really disappointed in their service department.
Cricks was brilliant. I limped in with a turbo issue late in Fri afternoon. They could not have been more helpful. They squeezed me in, resolved my issue and I was on my way. They were friendly and helpful. The result here could have been very different but it turned out to be very pleasant. Staff service and professionalism was above and beyond not only what I was expecting but in the circumstances, even reasonable.
