Probably the worst franchise store in Australia, inept doesn't begin to describe the customer service. Apparently it's impossible to keep ice cream machine working. Makes you wonder what else they can't do
TRIPLE CHECK YOUR ORDER FROM THIS STORE BEFORE YOU LEAVE - EVERY TIMEAll too often this is the case when you order "LARGE' fries from McDonalds Nambour. I'll be checking the order from now on - no matter who it inconveniences. I just paid $18 for 2 Cheeseburger meals with Barista Iced Lattes and this is what was in the 'LARGE' fries. Not good enough. Sick of you guys taking my money and not delivering.Also - edited Today he 7th of Feb 2019 to add - Thanks for your BS iced chocolate. Which is, in fact, a cup of ice, drizzle of syrup and splash of milk as seen per the pic below - what was left of the LARGE iced chocolate after the ice was extracted - again, this store is utter BS.

Is one of the quickest McDonald stores I've been to, and have seen some great management from the manger with staff to make sure of fast service, keep up the great work nambour store more need to follow...bring the fast back into fast food
