Fantastic service, timely serving of drinks and food. Honestly the most delicious Chicken Parmigiana and chips I've had in my life! Don't let the plain and ordinary look of this business put you off. This business is very welcoming for a traveller. And watching the staff interact with customers brings me joy as I have worked in customer service for years and only seen this standard a few times ever. Well done team!
BEST SERVICE IN NAMBOUR! Amazing service by the wonderful young man who took our order. The barista made a lovely coffee. We ordered their Chicken Parmigana, and it was the best one I've ever had in my life! We were visting for the day from Caloundra, and it was the best customer service I've received out of all the coffee shops in the Sunny Coast, and even tops ones in Brisbane. Thank you for a great experience!
Jaxons is a lovely cafe with a comfortable atmosphere. It is a short walking distance from the train station making it an ideal location for locals and tourists alike. The coffee was a high average and the food good with the main focus being on a variety of sandwiches with sides of salad and chips. Excellent service. They changed owners last year and it has been great! Yummy and affordable food. There is a homely atmosphere and the coffee is good. Always friendly service. I am more than happy to recommend this place to anyone.
We took the Grandparents there when they were visiting from OS. Jaxons had just had a refurb and the place looked great. The staff were eager to please and our food & drinks were delicious and the prices were very reasonable. We will definitely be going back again soon!
