Decent enough, apart from the fact we put some stuff on the line to dry and a t-shirt has been stolen by a man clearly on drugs who we had seen watching us and he also took my trousers, which I'm sure will be of no use to him. He isn't a resident here so not much can be done. Police have been contacted and the woman who runs the place has been very helpful. Not safe enough for my liking though
Worst caravan park i have ever been to. Do not go there! Amaneties and camp kitchen Are very dirty. Lots of Strange permanents around. We did not feel save at all and could not wait to be gone...
If a negative star was an option I would give that, we spent a night here in one of the cabins, it was filthy dirty, many cockroaches, and we had no hot water, the park is full of permanents that were welding and panel beating around midnight, the pool was disgusting as was the amenities, there seems to be a lot of unsavoury people staying at the park, when I tried to speak with the manager and the owner of the park about the fact my unit was disgusting as is the entire park and how it looks nothing like the photos (which is false advertising) they were rude and unremorseful money hungry humans.They told me it is not a holiday park but more of a park for permanents, so if holidaying I would avoid this park at all costs, maybe read all reviews first.
Enjoying a lovely scenic evening by the river and a fellow starts power sawing logs for his brasserie. Destroyed atmosphere completely. Went on for half an hour. Then another fellow brought along his wood to cut up with dog off leish and beer in hand. Same guy who was blaring his Johnny Cash music all afternoon. Where are the owners? Not good enough for other patrons.
