Staff are rude and abrupt not wanting to help,,,,,, keep track of every dollar you hand over to them as it seems to just disappear without a trace with staff not wanting to know about it------- go elsewhere
So far so good. Handed in my rental application today. Staff seem nice and very approachable. However their "proof of identity" seems a bit overkill. Where every other place I have been to be it government or work, usually a drivers licence, birth certificate and Medicare card has been 100 points. Here I had to also provide a passport and bank card with signature to just make 100. My partner can't even physically make it to 100 points because of how far fetched it is.
So far this has been the mist helpful understanding real estate I have dealt with.
Overall Carolans has been better than some we have rented through but defintley has not been the best. Communication is Slim and delayed, until they want something from you, in which they are emailing once a week. I get more communication through our house Owners, which makes me wonder what they pay Caralons for. But all in all, i havent had problems yet, but will update this when it comes time to leave this property. Xx
Renting through First National has been a breath of fresh air. Kate Ellen especially has always been polite and attentive to our needs. If we ever had an issue she would go above and beyond to have it resolved as quickly as possible, I couldn't recommend her high enough.
