Well we have to give the biggest shout out to Northcoast Locksmiths in Howard St. These guys are beyond superb. We are away on holidays and our house sitter has had dramas with her car. She had been ripped off and the car's ignition was not working, parts had been bought, labour for a mechanic to repair paid for, and said so called mechanic botched the whole job. The wife's cousin, also a mechanic, went round to have a look and from all the damage done, said he couldn't fix the lock problem, needed a locksmith. He did fix some other issues with her car. Poor woman is here on the coast looking after her very ill mother who is dying, and she had spent her last cash on these repairs. She is on a carers pension and is house sitting for somewhere to live. Bless her. She looks after our house and animals so very well. Our cousin sent her to these guys, and wow, they helped her out and fixed someone else's botched job for nothing for her. All for nothing. Northcoast Locksmiths, please accept our deepest gratitude, as our sitter did not need this kick in the guts from this other mechanic. Cannot recommend these guys enough. A huge thumbs up.
I had an emergency situation where a padlock had seized to my side gate and Keith was amazing... good old fashioned customer service which is a rare find these days. He was more than accomodating and I cannot recommend him highly enough. He got me out of a pickle!!
I never review anyone or anything, however Keith blew me away today with his amazing service and deserves a plug. He talked me through a couple of issues on the phone which ended up saving me hundreds of dollars. I'll be using him again for sure for any locksmith/key cutting services. Thanks Keith you are a life saver!
