I've used these florist 4 times. First delivery went like clockwork, with an amazing bouquet delivered for one of our employee's birthday. Second time, for another employee, the birthday flowers didn't turn up, so a frantic phone call to find out why. They ended up being delivered the next week, many days after the birthday. Third time, the flowers were just okay. Last Thursday, the fourth time, no flowers turned up again for a birthday. So I cancelled the order & wont use them again. Can't rely on them at all.
This florist was highly recommended to me. So I booked them to deliver a substantial bunch of flowers to a business acquaintance on the day of her retirement. I have just taken an apologetic phone call from this florist for failing to complete or deliver my order. But thats ok. It wasnt important. My acquaintance had only been looking after me for 15 years. I will listen to my wife in future and do it all myself. Two stars only because they owned up.
