There are many commercial computer "professionals" out in the field and in all fairness they do a good job, however when you have invested quality money time and interested in a computer good does not satisfy the requirement. A professional like Alistair understands that your computer is a daily requirement of your life that you place great importance on and his approach is reciprocated accordingly. I have found few in the industry that dedicate as much care and time with the client and computer synchronically.
