Just called them to book in someone to quote on Aircon, throughout our home, and was told by a very rude abrupt lady "no they cant do it for weeks" so i said that is fine can i book it in for a few weeks time, she said "No they will call you but I'm telling you now they are busy" oh my god how do they ever get any customers with service like that down right RUDE she was
Quick reply, good customer service however, very very expensive. I have had 2 ceiling fans not working and needed 2 cheap receivers and a remote. Labour to do this was apparantly 4.5 hours!!! I have paid this, but I will not use them again, neither would I recommend them.
I had fans installed, hot water system checked, finally the problem was found! Thanks to Paul ! Who also went the extra mile to do a few other jobs! 100% recommend Laguna and Harpers Electrical! great communication with the whole team :)very happy thank you.
