Called to book a removal of acrylics about an hour before, get to the place and they hadnt even put my name down so just had to slip in, sitting beside someone getting there nails done while she slid between us doing a bit on one and then going to the other. I had firmly asked for soak off, and she pulls out a type of file to put under the nail to flip it off. and i was freaking out as i was sure she wasent going to do what i thought and i said soak off? and then she put it away. then she cut two of my fingers while pulling skin off, buffing and filing then put alcohol on it making it sting, which was fine for me but for someone any younger could of hurt them.i am a 14 year old girl and i think they should of taken a lot more care with this.
The new ownership is worse than the last. I asked for a particular shape and the nail guy sat there shaking his head until I agreed with the shape he wanted. Nails are thin and sore. The store is filthy. Hair on the floor and dust all over everything. The same equipment used over and over without steralization. I like to support local business but this is beyond that
Had shellac removed (2016) and they ruined all my fingernails, it took months for them to grow out. They literally removed half of the thickness of my nails which made them extremely weak and painful, they did not remove the shellac the usual way and used the metal buffer. I would never recommend this business to anyone.
I cant even begin to explain how horrible the service is here. I was booked in for a manicure and pedicure with my mum for her birthday. They wanted to do my manicure whilst they did her pedicure, when I asked them to do our pedicures together the lady started yelling at me. I explained that we were getting our nails done together and hoped to sit with each other (the salon was completely empty!). She continued yelling so we agreed to sit apart and get on with it. I had normal polish on my fingers and instead of using nail polish remover she started using the drill to remove the polish. I said oh thats just normal polish not shellac. The lady then started yelling again, telling me that she knows it is normal polish. I politely excused myself and walked out. I will never ever go back here and recommend no one else does either.
Yes they are horrible! And sneaky where trying to pull off my other nails even tho they didnt need it to changing my $5 each time stopped her on the 1st one luckily..To rushed and by God they cut my fingers up.
